CLS Series UV Sterilizers
SafeGUARD CLS Series UV Sterilizers provide proven Bio-Security for commercial swim facilities and fountain applications by inactivating the harmful
waterborne pathogens responsible for Recreational Water Illnesses, such as: Cryptosporidium, Giardia and E. Coli.
SafeGUARD CLS Series UV Sterilizers use Low-Pressure UV Lamps in either High-Output or Amalgam styles to specifically target and
eliminate chloramines (pungent chlorine-like odor) as well as inactivate recreational water illnesses. Additionally, Low-Pressure UV Lamps do not
specifically target free-Chlorine, which reduces chlorine usage by as much as 30%.

 SafeGUARD CLS Series UV Sterilizers feature heavy-gauge 316L stainless steel vessels with a Ra 25 finish that is best suited for
freshwater applications. Maximum operating pressures vary per model. All SafeGUARD CLS Series models feature either tri-clamp (6"-12" dia.) or flange (14"-24" dia.)
vessel connections for easy internal access. Available port styles: Tri-Clamp, ANSI 150-pound flange or MPT ports. Available in sizes of up to
2,800 GPM at a
UV dose of 40 mJ/cm².

Low-Pressure High-Output UV Lamps
Our Low-Pressure, high-output (LPHO) UV lamps feature chemically treated hard-quartz, non-ozone emitting "L Glass" offering an exceptional 9,000 hours
of continual operation while retaining >80% efficiency. Best suited for low to moderate flow applications.

Low-Pressure (High-Intensity) Amalgam UV Lamps
Our Low-Pressure amalgam UV lamps deliver significantly higher UV-C output than our LPHO lamps, requiring fewer lamps to deliver an equivalent UV dose.
These lamps feature chemically treated hard quartz, non-ozone emitting "L Glass" that increases operation performance and useful life
(>80% efficiency after 9,000 hours of continual operation). Best suited for moderate to high-flow applications.
